Location – Millennium and Copthorne Hotel, Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road SW6 1HS

Contract – Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For:

A candidate who will be responsible for the overall food and beverage experience, ensuring guests receive fast, friendly and efficient service at all time. You will need to compile reports and communications to all areas of the hotel on a daily basis, whilst monitoring team members’ performance, offering coaching, training and assistance where necessary. One of your main duties as an F&B Assistant will be to adhere to all relevant policy, procedures and protocols such as food safety and health and safety, coordinating the maintenance and development of high quality preparation of food and drink.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:

  • A minimum in Food Safety Level 2.
  • Previous bar, restaurant and room service experience. 

Nice to Have:

  • Flexibility with work shifts – including but not limited to weekends and occasional nights.
  • A background in a similar sized Hotel.
