RATE OF PAY - £7.25 - £10.42 depending on age
HOURS OF WORK – As and when required

You will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests to ensure a fantastic experience
You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your fantastic guest service skills, sparkling personality and good levels of spoken and written English. You will be a committed team player who enjoys working as a team and providing a memorable guest experience

In this role you will be working in The Sorting Room, a chic new spot to meet and dine set in the city’s most luxurious new destination, The Parkgate Hotel, welcoming our dining guests, taking phone calls, preparing bills, managing the restaurant reservations, co-ordinating the private functions and providing administrative support.

Operated on behalf of the Welsh Rugby Union, The Parkgate is located just a drop kick from Principality Stadium and is the perfect base for match days and any occasion to explore the city sights of Cardiff. 
Stylish innovation meets the elegance of yesteryear as Cardiff’s most luxurious hotel breathes new life into two of the city’s most historic buildings. 
Dating from the turn of the 20th Century, the old Post Office and County Court are transformed into an exquisite place to stay with period features beautifully restored to create alluring spaces to meet and drink, dine and relax. 
From the entrance lobby tea lounge to the rooftop spa, refinement and sophistication have been crafted into every detail of this luxury lifestyle experience
