Hybrid Fitness are seeking self-employed Personal Trainers to join one of our incredible teams within our cutting-edge facilities situated across the country. With the latest equipment and technology at your fingertips, you’ll have everything you could possibly need to help your clients reach their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

As a self-employed Personal Trainer, you’ll have the freedom to build your own schedule and take on as many clients as you can handle. You’ll work within a supportive and dynamic environment where you’ll have access to ongoing training, development and mentoring to help you grow your skills and knowledge.

The Role

Whilst your business is your own, as a Personal Trainer working within a Hybrid Fitness, we ensure an exceptionally high standard of training from all of our trainers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized training programmes for clients based on their goals, fitness levels and health history.
• Conducting fitness assessments and appropriate tracking of client progress to help clients achieve their goals.
• Deliver safe and effective workouts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness information and show continual efforts to develop your knowledge.
• Working alongside other trainers to provide a positive, enthusiastic, and supportive environment to all Hybrid Fitness members and Staff.

Rent

Hybrid Fitness understand the world of Personal Training and will actively work with you to help you and your business succeed. We offer two ways to rent and gain access to the gym to train your clients:

Sliding Scale Rent

For those trainers who may not have clients in the area and are starting from scratch. Hybrid offer you the chance to become an established household name in the gym and build your client roster by offering you 3 months rent free whilst giving you established hours in the gym to teach classes, be on the gym floor and start becoming recognized as a great trainer by our members.

Months 1-3 = £0 rent, 10 hours per week.

Month 4 = 50% Rent, 5 hours per week.

Month 5 = 100% Rent, 0 hours per week.

Within the initial 3-month period, you’ll receive support from your fellow colleagues, gym manager and the Head of Personal Trainers to ensure you’re doing everything you can to build up a strong, busy and profitable personal training business.

Hybrid offer a sliding scale where we’ll work with you to decide what % of rent and hours you want to do to ensure you’re running a successful business.

Option 2 Pay-As-You-Go

You’ll pay a set fee (price dependent on gym location) to gain access to the gym for 60 minutes where you can train your client. We will provide discounted booking when booking multiple sessions at one time.
