Come and join our One Great Team here at Haven! We have an opportunity for a guest obsessed, customer focused Team Member to join our Owners Food & Beverage Team as an Owners Lounge Host and help us create great memories that last a lifetime for our Guests!

Pay Rates:            16 to 17 7.50 / 18+ from 9.97 up to 10.42 per hour depending on age
Working Hours:   Full Time or Part Time / Various Days & Hours Available

What You'll Be Doing

As an Owners Lounge Host within our Food & Beverage Team, you will provide an outstanding and welcome experience for our Owners. You will engage and build relationships, being highly visible, approachable, and knowledgeable of park facilities, answering queries, supporting, and guiding them in the right direction, creating a 'sense of community'. Ensuring you deliver great customer service and memories that last a lifetime!

- Provide a warm and inviting welcome to our Owner's Club House, offering a clean, safe and relaxing environment for all our Owners
- Consistently build and maintain owner relationship through trust, knowledge and empathy to create memories that last a lifetime
- Ensure all Owners are given a warm welcome and a first-class service allowing a true  'escape from urban living' experience.
- Create and support a 'sense of community' - a real family spirit.
- Ensure clear and simple communication with our Owners with regards to owner activities and events 

What We Would Like You To Bring

You may already have Customer Service, Retail, Restaurant or Bar experience, but don't worry if not you don't need experience to join our team. It may sound like a clich, but all we're looking for is a fantastic 'Team Player', eager and willing to learn - with a huge portion of passion on the side, and we will share the rest of the ingredients with you to ensure you are great at what you do!

You may come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as an Owners Lounge Host and grow into a General Manager's role... Either way we would love an opportunity to discuss our Park based roles with you and all we have to offer you by joining our Team at Haven!
