This 255-bedroom hotel boasts its very own Spindles Health & Leisure Club, which offers guests a variety of health and beauty facilities and treatments to help them relax and feel pampered as well as keep up with their health and fitness routine. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit Health Club Manager on to the team.

As Health Club Manager, you will be required to:

  • Conduct a complete operational audit and walk through of the facility at least once a day and be completely up to date with all operational issues.
  • Schedule daily and weekly meetings of all levels of club staff, to ensure key activities in attached schedule are carried out effectively.
  • Regularly review all club level management reports to effectively monitor club performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of managing a Leisure or fitness facility. You will need to hold a valid Level 2 Fitness Qualification (or equivalent). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills and you will execute the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
