A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Barback to join the Blue Bar team at The Berkeley.

As a Barback you will organize, clean and set up the front and back of house areas of the bar. Prepare the bar for service, taking requisitions and maintain an elevate level of cleanliness in conjunction with monthly rota. 

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Blue Bar Team in organizing, cleaning, and setting up the front of house and back of house areas of the bars, ensuring that 5* luxury standards are maintained at all times.
• Prepare the bar for service, ensuring all bar equipment is clean and readily available for the bartenders on duty.
• Be fully conversant with all Bar menus and special offers, ensuring efficient communication is maintained at all times.
• Regularly check the quality of products used in the bars and ensure that stock levels are monitored and reported accordingly.
• Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
