What we are looking for:

Outstanding guest service skills and professional presentation
Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a luxury hotel
Good verbal and written communication skills (proficient in English language)
A passion for high quality guest service with attention to detail and ability to multitask
A positive attitude and ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
