What you will do as a Host / Hostess

• Enable a smooth arrival and departure experience including providing a detailed room orientation and assistance with delivering luggage
• Ensure that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established; handle cash transactions and billing
• Assist with guest requests throughout their stay and handle guest complaints
• Maximise revenue opportunities through up selling
• Provide extensive knowledge of the available Hotel services and facilities, as well as information and assistance regarding the surrounding areas of the Hotel
