What you will do as a Head Bartender

• Monitor a cocktail & beverage promotion calendar, to generate guest engagement and upselling opportunity.
• Ensure the Bar is always prepared for service (equipment, glassware, beverage stock level, atmosphere of the bar, general cleanliness.
• Develop and innovate cocktails regularly to maintain lead position in the market.
• Train food and beverage assistants in basic beverage knowledge and beverage service.
• Operate control measures to optimize profitability and reduce wastage.
• Keep record of spillage/wastage report and all other stock variances in your department.
• Help to manage the recruitment, induction, and succession of all bar team members.
• Conduct daily briefings and attends other food and beverage meetings as required.
