We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Multi-Venue Food & Beverage Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis, managing well known Takeaway brands and pop-up takeaway brands such as Burger King, Papa Johns, Chopstix and more across our Park.

Salary: Plus up to 10% Annual Bonus and Benefits
Working Hours: 45 hours per week over 5 days

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Multi-Venue F&B Manager reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for engaging and inspiring your Teams across a range of Takeaway brands on Park.

You'll drive your Teams to always be Guest obsessed, meet KPI's and follow standard operating procedures, encouraging continuous improvement and ensuring that every Guest & Owner on our park has a great time with memories that last a lifetime.

- You will embrace recruitment by attracting and retaining top talent alongside coaching and developing your team
- You will create a fun and positive environment within the team, passing on to them your passion and enthusiasm so they can wow our Guests
- Ensure that operational Food Safety, Allergen Management, H&S requirements, and legislation are always adhered to
- Implement and maintain brand standards across multiple, diverse outlets. Managing Stock and Cash control procedures within the brands to maximise profit
- Confidently deal with Guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, showing empathy and understanding. Reacting to Guest feedback and working with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement

What We Would Like You To Bring

Perhaps you're already a Food and Beverage Operations Manager a Multi-site Manager or Leader in a Restaurant of a well-known Takeaway brand or franchise. Or this could be a springboard opportunity for you as a General Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager looking for that next step. Either way you'll be great with people and passionate about developing and mentoring individuals to meet their full potential.

- You will have experience in leading large teams at different levels within a Food & Beverage environment
- Can exercise sound judgement and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
- Have had previous responsibility working with financial budgets
- Experience of working at a management level within a well-known high street takeaway brand would be an advantage

You may come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as a Senior Multi-Venue F&B Manager and grow into a General Manager's role. Either way we would love an opportunity to discuss our Park based roles with you and all we have to offer you by joining our Team at Haven!
