MGM COUPLE OR GENERAL MANAGER

Exciting opportunity for a General manager / management couple, one front of house / one with Kitchen experience to join an outstanding team and become part of our growing and exciting concept! Join our vibrant team and run your own pub / bar with lots of flexibility.

We are a group of neighbourhood Pubs, bars and Cafe bars. We are open all day, every day and serve great quality food and drink in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

This is an exciting role with an award-winning company that is set for great further expansion over the next few years. We are currently recruiting for a talented mgm couple or general manager Kitchen experience at our pubs. This position is not for the faint hearted so if you're looking for a desk job this won't be for you, we are interested in hard working individual who wants to have a part to play in a swiftly evolving company whilst running a truly beautiful business. Frankly, who wouldn’t want that?

Who are we looking for?

Energetic and vibrant, manager, you will be the ‘face’ of our businesses, and need to look the part, smart and well presented; you will set the standard for the site from the start. The right candidate will have a natural gift for hospitality and be able to motivate and lead a team through their passion, their example and their commitment.

As a manager you will be a master of all trades who can bang out great tasting coffee, epitomise great bar service, look slick on the restaurant floor and do it all with a dazzling smile and aura of calm competence. We don't hire managers and then tell them what to do, we give you freedom to put your stamp on your pub / bar and make a name for yourself!
