Cafe Supervisor - Portland Road

The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to help run our store at Portland Road, Hove. The right candidate will have similar experience in a high quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head.

We have both inside and outside seating and offers both counter and takeaways options.

The Portland Road site is very much driven by the local community and regulars and we pride ourselves on ensuring that our customer service is always perfect. The site remains busy from open until close, with a steady stream of customers throughout the day.
