What you will do as a Sales Executive

• To complete RFP solicitations and rate loading under the guidance of the respective Sales Team member in a timely manner.
• To support with contracting local accounts and targeting new business opportunities
• Maintaining and managing the conference diary ensuring all bookings are input directly upon receipt and updated, when necessary,
• To support the Sales Corporate Team & Events Team, together with a full understanding of room types, DDR offering and pricing, use of systems including all Hyatt proprietary systems
• To work with the Sales and Events Team as directed by the Director of Sales in carrying out market penetration strategies with existing accounts to drive incremental business
• To complete the Monthly Sales & Marketing report with the guidance of the Director of Sales
• handle all telephone and written enquiries as to availability for potential groups, meetings, or function spaces
