Role: Infrastructure Engineer (SCCM)
Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 + bonus + benefits
Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire (hybrid working - 2 days per week in office)
About The Role
You will play a vital part in ensuring that all underlying Platforms are performing and available in line with business requirements for Whitbread outlets.
Due to the fast-paced growth of our business we are looking to grow our Outlets Technology team!
Inside The Role
- Manage the configuration and life cycle management of our outlet infrastructure, ensuring that the systems remain complaint and adhere to our security policies and standards
- Maintain the Platform Services ticket queues.
- Manage third party Vendors.
- Provide 3rd line support to major incidents
We're Open to You
- Exposure and experience with SCCM and EUC build processes, including application / OS lifecycle management and security patching
- Strong communication skills with experience working closely with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management/executives.
- Experience with Incident Management and escalation processes.
