Sofitel London Heathrow is the only hotel with direct access to Heathrow Terminal 5 via covered walkway. Conveniently situated, it’s an ideal base to discover London's many attractions only 21 minutes away by train. Our award-winning hotel features 605 luxurious bedrooms and suites with modern amenities and the largest ballroom in Heathrow, catering up to 1300 people. Indulge into diverse dining options including our 2 AA Rosette Restaurants where guests can experience rich global flavours or relax in state-of-the-art spa and wellness facilities.

We are now looking to appoint a passionate Hotel Manager to lead the team at Sofitel London Heathrow and to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional levels of service. This is a unique opportunity for a driven Hotel Manager looking to be an ambassador of the brand and the property, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction whilst maximising operating results.

You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the premium luxury market.


What we are looking for:

  • A natural leader with a passion for guest service.
  • Financially astute and with strong commercial skills to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • An established operations/hotel manager or deputy general manager with a passion for F&B and a strong understanding of rooms.
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a reasoned career path and stability with roles.
  • Strength in coaching and development, to nurture the potential of the team.
  • Committed to maintaining safe work systems and effective consultation on health and safety matters and audits
