Marketing Administrator

We are looking for candidates to join our marketing team as a Marketing Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team and develop your skills in a large UK brand.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to gain experience and knowledge in marketing – we do not require previous experience in marketing however good knowledge/experience Microsoft Excel is essential.

What does the role involve?

You will spend most of your time:

  • Producing regular reports and creating new reports based on data taken from a variety of platforms – predominantly from Google Analytics.
  • Monitoring and distributing tasks for the marketing team from our central task management software.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks generated by projects eg. Contacting hotels to organise photography/videography visits, collecting information regarding services for building websites etc.

This is a varied role that is essential to the smooth running of the marketing department. You will be working with all members of the marketing team to help the department runs smoothly and efficiently.


What skills do you need?

First and foremost, we are looking for someone is good with computers - especially Microsoft Excel. The reporting element of this role involves taking data from a wide variety of digital platforms and compiling it together into a range of Excel reports for various members of the marketing team.

The platforms themselves are generally simple to access and don’t require any previous knowledge however any experience working with Google Analytics would be very helpful. Google Analytics can be particularly complicated and experience with this will make your application stand out.

Outside of the reporting aspect of the role, you will regularly be communicating with the other 8 members of the marketing team. In addition you will often be reaching out to hotels to gather information and support campaigns/projects the team are running.
