Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Leisure Assistant Manager who will:

  • Maintain regular communication with the Leisure Club Manager to ensure the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the club. 
  • Assist the Leisure Club Manager to do a complete operational audit and walk through of the facility at least once a day and be completely up to date with all operational issues.
  • Handle any member complaints before they escalate in an order to maintain member satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain an accurate current and potential client base for purpose of communicating future offers and facilities.
  • Ensure product knowledge on hotel products and services is always up to date
  • Ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to customers and to increase the membership base.

You will need to hold a valid Pool Responder Certificate (or equivalent) or be required to complete your training before your employment can commence. Applicants must be hard working, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, reliable, also preferably qualified to gym instructor level 2 and first aid trained but not essential. This is a Full-Time position.
