As a Head Chef, you will be required to:

• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Manage and work closely with other chefs of all levels
• Create menu items, recipes, and developing dishes whilst ensuring variety and quality
• Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food and safety guidelines
• Responsible for health and safety
• Responsible for food hygiene practises

The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team. You will need to hold a valid Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).
