As our Hospitality Manager you will manage the delivery and co-ordination of event day and non-event days and Conferencing and events at the stadium. Hosting up to 1200 covers on match days, over formal dinners, private boxes and lounges.
You will indirectly manage casual team of 100 members and 10 Supervisors/Match Day Managers.
More about the role:- Co-ordinating matchday paperwork to ensure all Health and Safety and operations needs are completed
- Ensuring that all menus and paperwork is printed in line with Nottingham Forest brand guidelines
- Forward thinking and planning to deliver business efficiently and effectively.
- Working with line manager to understand the business plan for each week
- Plan own time to work effectively as possible
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders including, clients and guests
- Build rapport with operations, sales and culinary team
- Deliver and lead best in class guest experiences
- Ensure all team members are fully briefed on their roles whilst on shift.
- Minimise wastage and work to drive profitability
- Deliver all operations to the highest of standards
- Ensure the security and safety of all guests and team members
- Maintain the structure and equipment in the stadium through caring for the stadium and the club
Hospitality Manager
- 30,000 per annum, 40 hours per week
