Salary: Up to £28,000 plus great Service Charge

Our cocktail Latin bar is searching for a Duty Manager to join our management team in Barrio Shoreditch.

A perfect opportunity for a supervisor or team leader, new to management and looking to take the next step up.

From a quiet afternoon sipping a margarita and sharing tacos, to shots of tequila and salsa moves. Our bars are an experience of a lifetime! And it is all handled by of our incredible team of managers.

But with great drinks, fresh tasty food, and a lively atmosphere, we need a personable Duty Manager to assist our Senior managers in running this busy cocktail loving central bar!

What Barrio needs from a Duty Manager:

• At least x1 year’s experience team leading or supervising a small team within a bar or a restaurant
• We want a people focused Duty Manager who can be hands on with our bartenders and waiters, but with the confidence to act as their role model. You'll demonstrate a perfect balance of being everyone's friend but also a leader motivating them to be better.
• Some knowledge on training and stock counting would be ideal.
