Previous experience working in a supervisory role in a bar as well as strong whiskey knowledge is beneficial.

Duties and tasks related to the Bar Supervisor role include

• Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager in establishing the venue as a premier destination in the local neighbourhood
• Take an active lead running shifts, in particular in the bar
• Support the management team in creating an exciting, innovative bar menu
• Connecting with guests upon arrival as well as through memorable goodbyes
• Maximising revenue opportunities through upselling
• Coaching and supporting the team to consistently achieve high levels of guest satisfaction
