£10.42 per Hour

StretchLAB is a chain of boutique studios that specialises in 1-on-1 Assisted Stretching!

Our 3 studios are situated in the heart of London, including Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, and Chelsea, with more to come. 

We are the 1st and only studio solely offering this service!

About the role:

The receptionist is the first point of contact for our clientele. You are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, enhancing the customer experience, and monitoring studio standards and supporting studio management and the wider team.

Our ideal applicant is: Proactive, reliable, enthusiastic, proud, professional and of course, have an interest in health and fitness.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the best possible experience for each client, greeting & re booking the clients wherever possible
• Aware of the days appointments, organising Stretchologists and clients alike
• Promoting our various services, packages and memberships
• Supporting the studio with standards and administration
• Supporting the FOH Supervisors to deliver StretchLAB worthy customer service and environment

What you'll bring:

• Experience working in a hospitality, health and beauty industry or fitness environment
• Tried and tested when delivering premium customer service; face-to-face, over the phone or by emails
• Experience in managing bookings and reservations

   

Desirable:

• Knowledge of using MindBody
• Experience creating content for business, including newsletters, blogs and social media content
• Able to work occasional weekends
