We are on the search for an enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join us at The Master Builders Hotel as Food and Beverage Assistant.

As part of the F&B team you will serve a key role: To carry out all duties necessary for the smooth running of the restaurant & bar.

Some of your key responsibilities: 

• Develop good relationships with colleagues, which in turn will contribute to good teamwork and ensure all customer expectations are met.
• Develop relationships with regular customers to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
• To provide a high quality of service at all times and ensure that the customer is always put first.
• Keep the bar and bar section; restaurant and waiting section clean and tidy at all times, and ensure that opening and closing down procedures and cleaning schedule are followed.
