Full time, 37.5 hours/ week (Monday - Friday, 0900-1700)
PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 14 MONTHS
Salary - 37,000 - 41,000 per annum + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
About the Role
There is currently an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Liaison Officer to join our London Bridge Hospital on a fixed term basis. Within this role, you will be responsible for acting as liaison for all Consultants at the Hospital and for developing and retaining referrals from these Consultants for all areas of service delivery. The role is responsible for both the appropriate recruitment of new Consultants to HCA Facilities and the ongoing maintenance of relationships with Consultants who already have a practice at HCA.
This role also encompasses areas of business development and identification of growth opportunities across the range of services delivered per facility.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within healthcare is essential
- Previous experience working with management teams
- Previous hospital based clinical/operational experience would be an advantage
- Ability to research, understand and explain healthcare services' volume, utilization, and market data
- Ability to research, understand, and explain market demographics
- Ability to access, understand, and explain Consultant referral patterns
- Ability to design targeted referral strategies
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Rated as 'outstanding' by the CQC, the London Bridge Hospital campus in South East London encompasses an outpatients and diagnostic centre in The Shard; a large world-class hospital based at the Tooley Street site; Private Care at Guys, which is on the top four floors of Guys Hospital Cancer Centre; and outpatient and diagnostic centres across the City and Canary Wharf.
