Location: Selby and Tadcaster Leisure Centres
Job Type: Full Time / Temporary (Until 31st August 2024) / 37 hours per week

The Role …
Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles is a charitable organisation which aims to inspire people to choose healthy, active and creative lifestyles. As an Operations Manager you will be the motivation behind our people ensuring you deliver the best quality service to our customers and members. You will be passionate about making a difference locally through delivering the very best in leisure and cultural services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Ensuring the safe operation of the facilities in line with service standards.
- Developing our team members
- Setting day to day tasks
- Problem solving and being the ‘go to’ person in our facilities
This role will give you an insight into all areas of the leisure centre operations providing opportunities to develop your career within Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles and the leisure industry.
