About the role 

Working alongside the Food and Beverage Manager, you will ensure the efficient and successful running of the establishment. You will assist in leading the team, driving excellent service and standards. You’ll ensure a friendly and welcoming environment is upheld at all times, as well as a positive working atmosphere. 

Day to day you will be hands on, working closely with the bar and kitchen team. You’ll promote high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as ensuring the team are abiding by any company and legal requirements. 

We’re looking for a friendly and ambitious individual whose customer service skills are second nature, ensuring fantastic service is always delivered and making sure our owners and guests have a fabulous time. 

What we need from you… 

  • Previous experience of working as a supervisor in a bar/restaurant environment or a readiness to take that next step up in your career 
  • A level two food safety certificate is preferable 
  • An understanding of the health and safety legal requirements 
  • Positive attitude, excellent customer service, hands on and flexible
