Creative Learning Producer - Edinburgh

Creative Learning Producer

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we've grown into the world's number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We are very excited to be recruiting a Creative Learning Producer role to join our wonderful Edinburgh Playhouse!

This is a new position for a motivated and dynamic arts professional to produce a Creative Learning Programme and establish the Edinburgh Playhouse as a vibrant destination for learning and community engagement. You will kickstart, design and deliver creative learning programmes for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. You'll join a dedicated and dynamic venue team and work with them and, with national colleagues, to develop relationships with show producers, local organisations, and partners. The role is based at the Edinburgh Playhouse however some projects are likely to be delivered on outreach within the community, and online.

Ideally, you will be a passionate, multi-faceted and talented individual, who is highly motivated and committed to inclusive arts practice. Your programmes will be locally driven, addressing the needs, challenges, and opportunities of our local area. You'll be committed to continued professional development and excited by the opportunity of sharing expertise by collaborating across the nationwide Creative Learning team.
