The impact you'll make 

Reporting to the Banqueting Manager, you will enjoy working with a well-synchronised service staff, prepared to do whatever it takes to pull off a flawless event. When the guests arrive, they will be pleased to find your polished appearance and dedication to exceptional service that delights in the details. You will feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that you've impressed each guest with personalised attention. You'll be making memories for weddings, conferences, and other meetings.

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
  • Promote a welcoming environment
  • Communicate with guests, other employees and other department to ensure guests need are met
  • Support the operations and supervise the running of weddings, conference & events
  • Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment
  • Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating and motivating and coaching employees

 

What we're looking for

 

  • Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Previous banquet serving supervisory experience is desired
