Summary

 

 

We have a brand new Food & Beverage Cafe opening at Woodchester Park & we'd love you to come & join us as a Pizza Chef to help provide great service to out visitors.

 

 

The Hours: 1770 annualised hours per annum - weekend work is required.

You'll work 37.5 hours a week for 40 weeks of the year and then part time for the other 12 weeks of the year.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

The Salary: £12.08 per hour / £21,381.6 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Interview Date: As/when candidate is available

Please note that internally, you'll be known as a Chef.

Here at Woodchester Park, we are opening a brand new food & beverage outlet where we'd love you to make delicious pizza's using the pizza oven, providing a new service to our customers.

 


What you'll be doing

 

 

 

With your passion for food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers, you’ll work with the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare delicious food.

 

 

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,?making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.?? 

You will receive a bespoke induction and allergen/food safety training. Further professional training & development opportunities are available

You’ll need to be; 

 

 

• Experience as a chef / cook within a professional setting 

• Helpful & friendly with a positive attitude

• Passionate about food

• Aware of Health & Safety compliance

• A team player with great communication skills
