Food & Beverage Team Member - Worcester, Worcestershire

Summary

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member to join us at Brockhampton Estate.

Hours: flexible 0-hour role - weekday, weekend and holiday working will be required. Shifts will be worked between 9am and 6pm.   

This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business.   

Salary: £10.50 per hour - The salary offered here is for all who apply even if you are of school leaving age. 

Duration: fixed-term contract for 12 months   

Interview dates: 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th June 2023

What it's like to work here

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be based at Brockhampton, a 1,700-acre farmed estate with a romantic timber-framed manor house dating back to the late 14th century. The house is surrounded by a moat and is entered via a charming timber-framed gatehouse, built 1530-40. Brockhampton is part of the Herefordshire portfolio along with Berrington Hall, Croft Castle and The Weir.

What you'll be doing

With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.

Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious. From time to time you may be required to assist the kitchen team with food prep, but your core focus will be from a front of house perspective.

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
