Chef de Partie

to join the Two Rosette Mirabelle Kitchen team.

What we need from you…

• Relevant experience in a similar position in a quality operation – would suit a strong Demi Chef de Partie, or someone already working as a Chef de Partie in a similar establishment.
• Experience in a fine dining operation beneficial, however not essential so long as you have a passion for fine food with an eye for presentation
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organizational skills
• A desire to work hard and progress in the industry
