As a Personal Training Lead at our Hemel Hempstead FWC, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. To succeed as a PT Lead, you will need to hold or have applied for a current CIMSPA Membership or hold a Level 3 REPs or equivalent qualification, be organised and have some experience managing a team. A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

As a Personal Training Lead, you will:

• Support the Fitness Manager in providing Health and Wellbeing Services
• Strive for innovation and excellence in your day-to-day
• Carry out managerial administration as determined by the Fitness Manager
• Be responsible for the gym floor, including service, presentation and maintenance
• Support and champion our express class and our Meet our Experts events
• Cover Duty Manager shifts if required
