We're currently recruiting a dedicated Compliance and Quality Assistant help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

The purpose of this role is to examine the needs and concerns of the client and stakeholders to ensure that the auditing and reporting of audits for cleaning and patient catering meet the standards required by the national standards of cleanliness 2021 and PAS 5748. The role requires the post holder to analyse both trust and Medirest audits across cleaning and patient feeding services' to ensure that standards across CUH are maintained and improved upon This will involve carrying out some audits and writing audit reports.

The postholder will also need to write a monthly assurance report, as our assurance to the client that NHS standards and requirements are being met. They will also be responsible for creating, distributing, and managing action plans following each failed audit and reporting completion/assurance to the relevance governance meetings alongside any trends. The position will work with Divisional leads, IPC, domestic and estates teams to resolve any areas of concern or failure for rectification.

• Monitoring and analysis of all audits
• Data gathering, input, interpretation of audits
• Report writing
• Developing and sharing action plans to tackle failed audits
• Ensuring Action plans are completed and shared with trust
• Carry out managerial audit's minimum of once weekly
• Work closely with the audit team to ensure accuracy of auditing
