As a Team Leader you will work shifts between 03:00am - 00:00am, and as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £3.26 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £16.33 hour!

Here’s what you’ll do as a Full Time Team Leader:

• Deliver excellent customer service through your team 
• Support the management team in the running of shifts 
• Train the team to serve food and drinks to specification 
• Involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks 
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace
• Support and guide our amazing team to be even more incredible in their roles 

Here’s what we need from our Full Time Team Leader:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Leader role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts 
• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. 
• Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality industry
