The Pub - The Watermill, Dorking

Nestled in the picturesque Surrey Hills with panoramic views overlooking the lushly green and historic landscape of Box Hill. To make the most of the stunning scenery, the pub boasts an outdoor dining area, featuring roaring fires, cosy covered seating and a fully stocked bar. We keep things friendly and familiar - a pub that's open to everyone with comfortable and cosy spaces, hidden drinking 'nooks', and the glow of open fires. The pub's highlight will be its carefully crafted menu featuring local organic British produce including exceptional Sunday roasts through to seasonal specials.

About You

As an Assistant Manager you will work with the General Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver delicious food & drink and a great customer experience every time.  You will be responsible for key areas of the business and will be accountable for all aspects of the business when deputising for the General Manager.

• You understand the operations of a large, food focused pub or restaurant, having had previous experience in a similar style role.
• You’re great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills.
• You’ll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment
