We are after a Bar Manager to join our management team at The Cocktail Club in Canary Wharf!

Together with our General Manager, you will lead a team of talented bartenders to become the best cocktail making team in the city. We want you to be a role model for them and show them the ropes of this crazy industry!

It may not be a largest bar, but it has plenty of style and energy.

PERKS!

  • The most insane staff party festival! You’ll ever be a part of.
  • With our growth around the country, your progression opportunities, and the support you will receive, are out of this world.
  • New to cocktails but great at people management? We have dedicated skilled trainers who will teach all things cocktails.
  • Bonus for your hard work and tenacity. Paid quarterly.
  • Drinks on us!

YOUR SKILLS!
Here’s what we need:

  • You must be confident and assertive as you will be responsible for ensuring our bartending team are meeting the standards of the company, with their spec knowledge and cocktail making skills.
  • You'll act as a role model for the bartending, bar back and floor team. So we need your charisma and energy to win them over.
  • At least x1 year experience working in a busy bar as a senior bartender or team leader.
  • Some experience organising rotas would be extremely beneficial.
  • Knowledge in handling stocks
  • You’ll need to be a hands-on manager who will work on the front line with our managers, getting behind a station when your team is in the weeds and smash out a dozen old fashions!

That’s us!

So Apply now!

We’ll meet for a drink, and I’ll tell you more!

Company

The Cocktail Club didn’t become one of London’s most prestigious bar experiences overnight. In fact, our story started way back in 2008, when childhood friends JJ Goodman and James “Hoppy” Hopkins, with nothing more than a small loan from JJ’s mum, Lizzie, decided to change the London bar scene. Armed with a world-class drinks menu, years of cocktail expertise, and a passion for nightlife artistry, they came together to open the Covent Garden Cocktail Club.

From that moment onwards, a little local site with a lot of heart soon blossomed into one of London’s most booming bars. Aided by their victory on the 2009 UK television program, The Restaurant, which featured Raymond Blanc and Dragons’ Den’s Sarah Willingham, The Cocktail Club began to revolutionise the London cocktail scene.
