Location: Dunstable we have a fantastic hybrid working environment, you'll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but the rest of your week can be flexible to what works best for you and your role. 

What you will be doing:

A Finance Analyst supports the Finance Manager with the provision of financial information and high-quality support across many aspects of finance including:

  • Providing analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
  • Producing monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organisation
  • Maintaining knowledge and keeping up to date on new regulations or policies
  • Developing models that help with decision-making
  • Promoting a culture of risk awareness, control focus, and 'doing the right thing'
  • Supporting specific adhoc project activities 
  • A key part of the role will be turning data into insight and standardising processes.
  •  What you will bring:

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking to finance and non-finance people.
  • Excel skills to support analytics
  • Attention to detail, structured/organised approach
  • Can-do attitude & proactive approach
  • Relevant finance experience / Finance qualification or looking to start or continue finance qualifications
