What you will do as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Great Scotland Yard Hotel
- Manage the team in line with business needs and guest expectations, maximising productivity through effective manning and flexible scheduling
- Mentoring and coaching the team, conducting regular one to ones and defying expectations to ensure maximum employee engagement
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all areas are to an impeccable standards
- Ensuring stores are ordered according to occupancy level and maintain a healthy par level
- Overviewing the guest laundry and Staff Uniforms operation
- Monitoring Linen par level based on occupancy, within linen budget
