We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join Bailbrook House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels

We have a fantastic Chef de Partie opportunity available! As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the day to day running of a section. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous chef to maintain the standards set and will be responsible for the training of any junior chefs on the section. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous chef on your own development and improvement. Someone from a strong hotel background is preferred but not essential.

Bailbrook House Hotel is a 4 Star Hotel with 88 bedrooms situated on the outskirts of Bath. It has a 2AA Rosette restaurant and is a popular meeting and events venue with a variety of function rooms available for guests to enjoy.
