Maintenance Manager - Furzefield Leisure Centre - Potters Bar, Hertfordshire

Salary Up to £28,392.00 p/a (£14.00 p/h)

Hours Full time (39 Hours per Week) (Part time hours considered)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager at Furzefield Leisure Centre working with an enthusiastic and friendly team.

We are looking for someone who has experience of;

• Basic repair and maintenance including plumbing, electrics, carpentry and re-decoration.
• Working in a commercial environment

The role will involve;

• Carry out minor repairs and complete preventative checks and service of plant in line with training
• To prevent where possible the call-out / involvement of sub-contractors
• Ensuring statutory requirements are followed
