Hours of Work

You will be working closely with the Operation Teams e.g., Food & Beverage, Kitchen & Fitness Centre on the promotion of Club and Member events and activities, therefore you will be required to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Reporting to the Membership Manager this role will involve managing the Clubs external and internal marketing and communications. You will work closely with the Membership Manager to maintain the brand reputation and showcase the Club’s luxury culture.

Your responsibilities as a Brand Communications Coordinator

  • An expert in the English language both written and spoken
  • Excellent at taking feedback and revising your work as many times as needed
  • Creativity & communicating effectively and articulately
  • Responsible, taking the initiative to spot issues, suggest and implement solutions
  • Reliable, trustworthy and above all a good person
  • Have an interest in the hospitality industry
  • Comfortable with being recorded/ showing face on social media
  • Comfortable doing voice over & engaging with customers
  • Follow the latest trend / viral in the industry
  • Have a deep understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums
  • Have some experience shaping and managing successful social media marketing

Requirements of a Brand Communications Coordinator

  • Creating different types of social media content (reels/photos/story line) for Facebook & Instagram.
  • Creating content to promote Phyllis Court Club
  • Engage with customers on online platforms
  • Flexible working schedule to include evenings, weekends & bank holidays.
  • Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

The role is very hands on, so a can do, and proactive approach is essential and forms part of our ‘One Team’ ethos.
