An exciting opportunity for a self-motivated admin to work within the UK holiday industry as part of a driven and friendly Marketing Team. Working in a modern, purpose-built office located on a growing development on the outskirts of Bexhill.

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager this position is ideally suited to somebody who loves being organised and is enthusiastic about learning as well as taking on the management of day-to-day tasks.

Main duties:

  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Providing marketing support on SMS, directional signage, and promotion of marketing campaigns
  • Ordering and arranging delivery of point-of-sale marketing material
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team, sales teams on location & other departments if required
  • Reception cover (occasional)

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Previous experience preferred but not essential
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Able to prioritise based on importance and urgency
  • Computer literate with skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • An excellent communicator

Job Details:

  • Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Holiday: 28 Days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
  • Expected start date: June
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £17,000.00-£19,000.00 per annum (D.O.E)
