The impact you'll make

When a client walks into the spa they are there to enjoy some well earned down time, whether it be alone or whilst socilaising with friends they want to revitalize mind, body and soul.  Escaping from the stresses and distractions of everyday life in order to restore wellbeing and you are the one that create this experience and escapism.

 

What you'll do

  • Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to
  • Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning service
  • Be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices
  • Attend any appropriate training courses required for you to be able to offer all treatments
  • Keep up to date with current techniques relating to the product ranges and any new treatments
  • To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience
  • To maximise revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products
