Job title: Children’s Activities Assistant

Location:  Maidstone Leisure Centre

Working Hours: Casual, mainly weekends and school holidays, however there may be opportunities in the week as well

Salary: Up to £9.50 per hour (Up to £10.42 per hour from April) + excellent benefits

We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Children’s Activity Assistants to join our fun and vibrant team at our leisure centre.

 

 

In this role you will provide clean, safe, and properly supervised facilities and activities for the children of customers to the Leisure Centre, as well to be responsible for the smooth operational running of all types of parties the centre holds and provide party guests with first class levels of customer service at all times.

About you

 

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in dealing with high volumes of children and working in a busy customer-based environment.

 

You must be enthusiastic, resilient and be able to liaise professionally with parents, customers, and other members of the workforce, as well as being able to think on your feet and effectively communicate at all times and be willing to learn from others.
