Role:

Acknowledge and act upon individual customer needs in line with the nature of the business.

Deal with customer comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow up action.

Promptly respond to all customer (i.e. suppliers, Managers, clients and colleagues) queries in a timely and proactive manner.

Ensuring that accurate records are made and details filed in accordance with company and unit procedure.

Maintain an efficient filing and follow up system.

Assist the Health & Safety Manager with all aspects of the Compass HSE schemes

Be aware of and adhere to legal and company regulations and auditing, relating to the following areas:

Health & Safety at Work

Food Hygiene

Fire Regulations

Licensing Law

COSHH

Sales of Goods / Trading Standards

When required place orders in good time as in line with business and operational requirements and ensure that relevant purchase orders are raised prior to purchase.

Ensure that all company quality standards in every aspect of the operation are adhered to at all times.

To control BOH areas with a documented distribution system at all times.

To be responsible for the efficient operation and control of all pantries, security and cleanliness - To report any issues / damages to Head od department.

To be responsible for the efficient operation and control of stock e.g. correct storage, to promptly report any missing or breakage to Head of department.

Ensure that the correct levels of equipment and stock are available for each operational day.

To be vigilant with regard to key and stock control.

CLEANING AND KITCHEN CLEANING

Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in Storages, wash up areas, main kitchens, cellar and pantries as well as all other areas under your control. Regular meeting with the kitchen team looking at cleaning processes and man power. Work closely with all departments looking at cleaning rotas and cleaning schedules. To report to Head of Logistic & Head chef any issue or missed action taken over their relevant areas.

To manage all CCG movement, wash up and control. Ensure all wash up equipment is operating efficiently.

Develop cleaning schedules for all areas

To implement effective guidelines to ensure the regular cleaning and deep cleaning of all areas in line with financial guidelines.

Efficiently manage the site waste disposal in line with the business and operational requirements in conjunction with the client's cleaning department
