Catering partner, Levy UK are on the lookout for a Finance Assistant to join the team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium!

Overall Purpose of the Role To provide financial support to the Finance Team. To actively participate in the development of a "One Compass" UK Finance Function to continually improve service levels, cost effectiveness and add value to commercial activities undertaken. All key tasks and measures must be aligned to the Finance and Compass MAP (Management and Performance Reporting) plans.

Key Accountabilities

Produce EPOS reports and help with the cash reconciliation for match days, C&E and the M

Daily/weekly bank reconciliation Match day billing reconciliation

C&E billing. Monitor and communicate on items not invoiced to the internal and external stakeholders

Raising invoices and sending to the client

Produce and review P&L to help the operation teams with event delivery to adhere to set KPIs.

Assist with month end tasks (preparing journals and balance sheet reconciliation) File all paperwork in date order for ease of auditing if needed

Manage and keep the Purchase Order Log up to date

Ensure statement reconciliations are completed for suppliers throughout the month

Monitor and respond to the shared mailbox for emails received from suppliers and internal stakeholders
