We are excited to be recruiting for a marketing manager to work with us in Education & Healthcare. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director you will be responsible for the development and activation of our strategic marketing plan across the Education & Healthcare sectors. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to create and develop exciting propositions that captivate the marketplace, our clients, pupils, patients and parents in order to drive engagement and maximum participation through our sectors.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Lead and develop the implementation of consumer-focused propositions across client accounts; supporting the operations team to successfully execute food and service offers, menu mix, brand, pricing and promotions
• Lead and articulate the b2b positioning of the Education & Healthcare sectors across CH&CO’s chosen markets.
• Drive and deliver the promotional activity calendars working with design, procurement and food development to deliver effective campaigns that drive spend (where appropriate), engagement and participation.
• Client relationships act as a key client contact regarding marketing and brand as appropriate.
• Sales support produce case studies on propositions, promotions, new installations, food concepts and other customer facing activity to include in bids and tenders
• Manage & lead internal and external design teams and agencies to produce effective marketing point of sale collateral, signage and supporting documents.
• Digital & Social Media - to take responsibility for the maintenance & development of the company website and to drive innovative, informative & engaging traffic through appropriate social media channels.

Our ideal candidate:

• Will have 3+ years' experience in similar role with an excellent understanding of the marketing mix and its application in a food service environment

• Confident copy writer with excellent attention to detail

• Stakeholder management and influencing

• Collaborative and able to be hands on to manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery

• Strong creative skills and strategic thinker
