The Britannia Wolverhampton holds 117 modern rooms and proudly presents Jenny's Restaurant. We offer a buffet breakfast every morning, which is freshly prepared by our talented team in our kitchens. Guests can choose from a variety of hot and cold options. We also offer a variety of evening dinner options, including Italian and Indian dishes.

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a chef who will be responsible for:

• Ensure highest standard of Food Production and presentation within the hotel adhering to menu specification and departmental ‘Standards of Performance’
• Ensure Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to and that departmental checklists and guidelines regarding Food production and storage etc, are updated, monitored, and actioned
• Ensure the kitchen remains a clean, safe, and organised environment always, highlighting any major Health and Safety issues to Senior management for action.
• Liaise with Restaurant Management regarding promotional ideas such as specials, seasonal dishes, and special occasion menu’s, implementing as required.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work, as well demonstrating strong communication skills to staff and guests.
