WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are searching for outstanding Assistant Conference Sales Manager to join our bustling Events team.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options within The Celtic Collection. A positive outlook, a good eye for detail and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role. You will be a top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will be responsible for the day to day activity of the Events Team promoting and selling all of the facilities of the Celtic Manor Resort. You will encourage the team to convert bookings by following the sales strategy, in order to achieve maximum rate and occupancy.
