up to 34,000 OTE based on 48 hours, overtime is paid over 48 hours

 

 

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our fantastic team.

Our restaurants and brasseries ooze their own individual character and charm with the welcome twist of delicious french brasserie food. Our fabulous menus are devised by our chef patron Raymond Blanc one of the most well-respected chefs in the UK. Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients.

We are looking for a Sous Chef that has a real passion for food, an eye for detail and the highest standards with which to serve our guests.

Sous Chef - The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
  • Able to work with and alongside the Head Chef to follow guidance and inspire, motivate and develop the kitchen team
  • Have experience in working with fresh food, running busy operations and overseeing large teams
  • Ability to maintain quality and high standards across all areas of the kitchen
  • Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention
